Hi, I’m Dr Kate Ella BMBCh, MA(Oxon), MD
Health coach, personal trainer and former orthopaedic surgeon
As a health coach, personal trainer and mum I’ve seen the benefits of movement for myself and for my clients. Feeling stronger and better now and enjoying life without feeling held back.
As an orthopaedic surgeon, I also saw the effects of not moving and what it can do to our bones, joints and muscles. Having operated on hundreds of patients I want to give you the best chance of avoiding that. So that you can do all the things you want for as long as possible.

A bit about me, Dr Kate Ella…
- 42 year old mum
- PT, health coach and former orthopaedic surgeon
- love being outdoors and drinking tea (and often the two combined)

I’ve played rugby for Oxford University (and got 2 blues and a wonky finger to show for it).
