That feeling of relief when you find
Movement you can do without changing your clothes or joining a gym
that helps you get stronger and more confident in your body

You only need 10 minutes a day to get stronger again. And yes, you’ll actually start enjoying movement again too.
Your body deserves to be given the best chance of getting off the floor and up the stairs when you’re 80.
You don’t need to join a gym or change your clothes.
You need expert led movement from a PT, health coach and former consultant orthopaedic surgeon.
That you can do in your jeans or your jammies. So that you can make the most of your 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond. That’s what I do.

My story
I trained as a doctor at Oxford University, worked my way through the junior years and eventually, got my dream job. Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at a prestigious teaching hospital.
Operating on people who really needed my help was incredibly rewarding. Until it wasn’t. I was looking after my patients and my family but I wasn’t looking after myself.
The stress, the exhaustion, I wasn’t just feeling it at work. I was feeling it in my body.
Despite knowing exactly what I should be doing, I wasn’t doing it. I wasn’t moving as much, I wasn’t sleeping well, I wasn’t looking after myself.
And it hit me. Hard.
I’d always been an athlete, Blues in rugby at Oxford, county-level running, college boat club captain. I understood movement, strength & nutrition. But I wasn’t living it anymore.

I had to rebuild. Not just my fitness, but my energy, my mental health, my ability to actually enjoy the life I was working so hard for.
When I finally made those shifts: movement, food, rest, support. I felt like a different person.
So, I took a step back. I left surgery and built a new way to help people stay strong, move well and take control of their health before pain & diseases make those choices for them.
Now, I work with clients online from my office in Scotland, helping them cut through the confusion, build strength and feel confident in their bodies again.

You don’t need more conflicting health advice.
You need real, evidence-backed strategies that actually work.
I will only offer you reliable and trustworthy ideas. I have spent more hours than I can think pouring over academic papers and writing my own. I have an MA from the University of Oxford and an MD from the University of Edinburgh as well as more than 15 published papers so I know good (and bad) research.
As I see it, my job is to cut through the noise and give you real, practical ways to stay strong, mobile and independent for as long as possible.
